Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Return Policy

We accept returns on unopened, unused, and undamaged hair extensions within 14 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original packaging and have not been worn, washed, or styled. Please note: We do not offer refunds, but we are happy to exchange or issue store credit under the following conditions:

  • Eligibility for Returns:
    • The item must be unopened, unused, and undamaged.
    • The item must be returned in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
    • The return request must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
    Note: We do not accept returns on used, opened, or worn hair extensions for hygiene reasons.

How to Return

  1. Request a Return: To initiate a return, please contact us at 667-527-3379 or within 14 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and reason for the return.

  2. Return Authorization (RA) Number: Upon approval, we will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and send you detailed instructions on how to return your items.

  3. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged items). We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your items.

  4. Inspection: Once your return is received, we will inspect the items to confirm they meet our return policy conditions. Items that are used, opened, or damaged will not be accepted for return.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at 667-527-33787. We will resolve the issue by offering an exchange for the correct or non-defective product, or issue a full refund for the defective item, at our discretion. We will cover the return shipping cost for defective or incorrect items.

Non-Refundable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer exchanges on the following items:

  • Used, worn, or washed hair extensions
  • Custom orders or special requests
  • Products purchased from third-party sellers (e.g., on marketplaces like Amazon, eBay)
  • Final sale items

Important Notes

  • Returns must be received in the condition described above in order to qualify for an exchange or store credit.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • Store credit issued will be valid for 12 months from the date of issuance.
